SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within Australia only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We don't process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping: $8.95

Free Standard Shipping: on orders of $95 and over

Express Shipping: $15.00

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch

All orders are sent with Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for regional and remote areas, or during busy periods and public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. We're unable to change the address once an order has been sent.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please email hello@pdabeauty.com.au with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll work with Australia Post to locate your parcel and, where needed, arrange a replacement or refund.
