OVERVIEW

Welcome to PDA Beauty. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ree & ry Pty Ltd (ABN 38 653 659 002), trading as PDA Beauty. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). PDA Beauty is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You agree that the information you provide when using the Services, including your email address, billing and shipping details, is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity on your account.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.

We may change product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit the quantities available to any person at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline or cancel your order after payment, we will notify you and refund you in full.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests are handled in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Our products are sold for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices and promotions may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Promotions may have their own terms, which apply alongside these Terms.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or events outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details, including what happens if a parcel is lost or damaged.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including our name, logo, text, images, graphics and videos, is owned by or licensed to PDA Beauty and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

PDA Beauty is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with PDA Beauty. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and PDA Beauty, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with PDA Beauty.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY

All personal information we collect through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information is also processed by Shopify and its service providers, who may be located outside Australia.

SECTION 10 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with PDA Beauty. You confirm that your feedback is your own, is honest, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content that we consider unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Occasionally, information on our store may contain errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We may correct any errors and update information at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
